#3 The Changing Face of Missions (PL03)

Description
This lesson will walk through a history of missions - from the beginning of Scripture in Genesis, through the Old and New Testaments, to today. As we explore the history of missions, we will break down assumptions and create a new framework in which to view the world of missions. Missions is constantly changing. This is because the global landscape is always changing. Therefore, the way we think about missions should always look to adapt to our current state of the world. One way the shifts occurring in our world has impacted missions is that the role of the "missionary" is no longer relegated to a select view of the those called to long-term vocational missions, but it is also available for those who want to engage in short-term work.
